Chicago Workshop Registration, Program, and Logistics
Registration
The Chicago workshop will be held from May 24, 2004 to May 26, 2004 in Chicago at the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza. Registration is by invitation only. Once you have received your invitation letter, you may follow the link below to register for the workshop. Your invitation letter will contain a registration password, which you are required to enter before you can begin the registration process.
