This paper describes a new type of strings titled as 'Black Hole-Connected String (BHCS)'. The BHCS can be connected to the black hole and are considered as hair of black hole. The BHCS can connect two black holes to provide the transfer and transmission between them. The BHCS remove no hair theory and uphold/clarify radiation theory. The BHCSs provide the transfer of the charged branes between black holes, and thus the charged branes can escape from a black hole. There is an internetworking/interworking/interaction protocol (interface, reference point) between BHCS and black holes to establish the Cosmic Network. The BHCSs should be considered as the hair of the black hole. This means that the black holes have the hair. Thus, Hawking's no hair theory has been removed by the BHCS.
