You may register online for the 2001 ICALEPCS Conference via a web form or by downloading, completing, and faxing or mailing the registration form to the addresses indicated on the form. If you are unable to access the appropriate form, please contact Centennial Conferences.
Please note that you should make your hotel reservation at the time you register for the conference. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Fairmont Hotel. Please reference ICALEPCS 2001 when making your reservation to receive the conference reservation rate of $159 per night, single or double occupancy.
NOTE: The conference rate is only available by calling the Fairmont Hotel and referencing ICALEPCS 2001. (For reservations, please call 800-346-5550. If you are unable to use the 800 number, call 506-863-6316 and the Fairmont will be charged for the call.) The hotel will send room confirmations directly to you. Please do not contact Centennial Conferences to make changes to your hotel reservation.
To be guaranteed of receiving the conference rate of $159 per night and to be assured of guest room availability, you should make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.
Pre-conference registrations and full payment must be received and paid in full by November 16, 2001
All payments by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Online registration will be closed effective at 5:00 PM EST on Friday, November 16, 2001. Downloaded registration forms received by mail or fax after Friday, November 16 will not be processed. If you wish to register after this date, you must bring your completed registration form and payment to the On-Site Registration Desk at the conference.
Should you experience a delay following the submission of your online registration, do not resubmit your online registration or make a change. This will result in an additional registration and you will be charged accordingly. Refunds for duplicate charges will not be made until four to six weeks following the conference.
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a U.S. $75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail or Fax) by Centennial Conferences by November 1, 2001. Refunds are not possible after November 1, 2001.
Tickets for social activities are non-refundable!
