Paper Review Process

In keeping with ICALEPCS tradition, all papers submitted for the Conference Proceedings will be reviewed after successful submission-processing by the editorial team.

Authors who did not receive their reviewed papers during the Conference will receive them via fax or e-mail.

After the review process, authors must make one of two choices:

If the changes are minor, authors may sign-off on the changes and allow the editorial team to make the changes to the source documents. However, if the editorial team makes the revisions, these changes will not be reflected in the paper submitted to the eprint arXiv.

If the changes are major, authors may update their papers themselves. Authors may then resubmit their papers to the eprint arXiv and then notify the editorial team of the changes. Authors must also provide the editorial team with their revised source files.

Paper status will be available online which authors should check periodically.
