  • Broken links found and guilty page authors asked to provide valid links

  • Web copied to temporary server along with .htaccess files and access control lists

  • Tidy used to clean up HTML syntax

  • Web restructured while keeping track of file movements in a database

  • Links changed using database of fixed broken links and new file locations

  • Pages `wrapped' with navigation bars

  • Tool provided to change bookmarks/favourites
