Page Limit
The length of your manuscript should not exceed a limit of 16 pages.
Paper Status Number (PSN)
PSNs will be available after the workshop program has been finalized. Please include this number on your paper submission if you know it. If you have not been given a number or you do not know it, your paper can still be submitted WITHOUT it. If you decide to include a paper with your poster (although this is not mandatory), please do so in the same manner as you would submit a regular paper.
Publication Number
If required, be sure to get a publication number from your home institution.
For SLAC authors, co-authors, or collaboration authors, please follow the SLAC Publication Policy and get a SLAC publication number from http://idoc.slac.stanford.edu.
Once registered through idoc, conference papers with SLAC publication numbers submitted to the conference publishing team will be moved through the SLAC Posting process by the Publishing Team as well.
