Car Rental

There is a Discount Rental Car Program that can be used by SLAC visitors attending Lepton Photon. It is still worthwhile to search for other car rental deals as companies sometimes have better offers than the SLAC discount with Enterprise, Avis and Budget Rent-a-Car. You should check your institutional travel rental insurance policy to see if you need to purchase additional insurance.

• Mosaic Global Transportation will provide shuttle bus service for attendees staying in our room conference room block at the JW Marriott, Donatello Hotel, Sir Francis Drake, and Hilton SF Financial District. Buses will depart from once each morning and afternoon to/from UCSF Mission Bay Conference Center. For attendees staying at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel or the Donatello Hotel, please walk to the JW Marriott to catch the shuttle to the conference center. • Alternatively, you can take the T-Line Muni from Powell Street Station to UCSF Mission Bay and walk to the conference center from the Muni stop.
