Accommodations

We have reserved a number of rooms at the following hotels. The locations of the hotels are labeled on the map below. 

Each person must contact the hotel to make a reservation. Please mention Physics in Collisions Conference or PIC/SLAC when making your reservation. Each reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.

A conference shuttle bus will be available to pick up at the hotels listed above. If you prefer to stay in another hotel, the following list of hotels and another list with map locations will help you plan your accommodations.  Please contact Maura Chatwell  if you need assistance or advice.
