Poster Sessions

The Physics in Collision Conference traditionally arranges poster sessions for contributions of the registered participants. There will be a dedicated presenter-present poster display period during the mid-afternoon the first day. (See the preliminary conference program for details). The posters will remain on display throughout the conference until noon of the last day.

All abstracts for posters which have potential interests to the HEP community are welcome. This includes topics such as current experimental measurements, detectors, future experiments and facilities, theoretical ideas etc. The abstracts will be reviewed by the local organizing committee. The acceptance of the abstract will be determined within 3 weeks of the abstract submission. For the accepted abstracts, a two page write-up will be included in the conference proceedings. Each participant may submit one abstract only, and the total display area for each abstract is restricted to US E/Metric A0 size ( 34"x44" / 84cmx119cm ).

The stands for the posters will be supplied by the conference organizers. The contributors are required to stay at their poster stand during the dedicated poster sessions. We also recommend either a tag/label next to the poster with a small photograph of the author to make it easier for other interested participants to identify the contributor during the conference.
