Welcome Reception July 17
A welcome reception will be held outside the ROB patio area (Bldg. 48) from 6:00PM–8:00PM. There is no charge for this reception and everyone is welcome. Great food!
Dinners: July 18, 24 and 27
Our conference dinners are a tradition and a great forum for meeting your fellow colleagues and a chance to make new connections in your field. Will be held outside the cafeteria patio area (Bldg. 43) from 6:00PM–8:00PM. Dinner tickets are $9.00 each for students and $13 each for non-students. This is a great deal, so bring the family! All dinners catered by Jeff Machado Elegant Cuisine.

Please note that only 100 tickets are available for each dinner, and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, we strongly urge you to buy tickets in advance through our online payment section.
Social Hours
SSI hosts a social hour from 6:00 – 7:00 PM with light refreshments and beverages. This social event provides an opportunity to mingle with your fellow colleagues and meet the students.

Soccer Game
A yearly SSI tradition is the soccer clash between the hometown favorites, the local SLAC Soccer Club, and the challengers, the SSI students. This year's game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 26 at 6:00 pm. See below for location and directions to field. Who will win the Golden Boot (most goals) this year? Can anyone "Bend It Like Beckham"? Show up and play and find out! Water and oranges will be provided.
