XLDB events are uniquely targeted gatherings that discuss the real-world challenges, practical
considerations, and nuts-and-bolts solutions in the realm of managing and analyzing extreme scale
data sets. Attendees include Big Data users from industry / science / government, developers,
researchers, and providers.
This year, special consideration will be given to:
- real-time analytics
- decoupling compute from storage
- big data management and analytics as a cloud service
- security in big data systems
- long term storage
- late bindings
For this year's event, we are especially coordinating with
NITRD
Big Data Senior Steering Group to encourage participation by the government
Big Data community.
If you are unfamiliar with XLDB, check out information about our community and our
past events (topics discussed, speakers, videos) at xldb.org.
