Gas electron multiplier (GEM) is one of inportant component for many gas based X-ray polarimeters. We're developing GEM by using carbon dioxide laser etching technique. The shape of the GEM is 30um hole diameter and 50um pitch minimum. The GEM works properly up to gain~50000. We will report the properties of our GEM, and it is compared to the ordinal one produced by CERN.
