I review our current understanding of the "microquasar" jets observed from Galactic Black Hole sources, focusing in particular on their high energy X-ray and possibly gamma-ray emission. The extent and nature of this emission is currently controversial. I discuss how polarization studies, in particular time-resolved ones, can help decide among the various emission scenarios that have been proposed.
