Accommodations and Local Shuttle Services

For your convenience a block of rooms have set aside for the Dark Sectors Workshop. The Stanford Guest house is by far the most economical and convenient option for attending the workshop. Space is limited, and we strongly encourage you to book early before rooms gone.

This comfortable and convenient hotel is located on SLAC National Accelerator Labortory campus and is just a quick walk to the Fred Kavli Building (51). Guests will have access to in-room, high speed Internet access, free parking, complimentary tea and coffee, and a 24 hour gift shop.

The Stanford Guest House  offers single as well as shared rooms, at very reasonable rates. All rooms have their own bathroom, and are non-smoking only.

Note: The Marguerite Shuttle does not provide service to these hotels.

The Marguerite is Stanford University's complimentary public shuttle system which traverses the campus Monday through Friday all year (except University holidays). The SLAC line operates between SLAC (with a stop at the entrance to the Guest House) and the Stanford campus, and is available from 7:30 a.m. to after 8:00 p.m., approximately every 40 minutes.

The complimentary Stanford Guest House shuttle is also available evenings and weekends when the Marguerite is not.
