Registration Information

Online registration is now open until April 27, 2016 (a late registration fee will be charged starting April 11th). The registration fee covers meeting logistics & coffee break refreshments.

When you register, you can also sign up for three optional events (see details and pricing below):

Thursday evening reception, Friday evening dinner, and Saturday box lunch.  Pre-ordering a box lunch for Saturday is recommended, as SLAC cafe will be closed and in-and-out access to the lab on Saturday may be challenging.

 
 
Payment Information
Payment will not be accepted on-site, advance payment for registration and dinner fees is strongly encouraged and will save you time at registration on the first day of the conference.

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.
 
STAP Funds and SLAC Account
SLAC Employees may use STAP funds or SLAC account to pay for the registration.

Check STAP balance in Stanford Axess to confirm funds are available or provide a charge number.
Please complete the transfer of payment form and send to the Administrative Assistant in your group.

Meals (optional)             

Lunch Option: SLAC Cafe is now open.                                                                         Thursday and Friday, lunch can be purchased at the SLACafé, on the 2nd floor of the new Science User Support Building. Please note: Saturday lunch will available for purchase, with your choice of: Roastbeef, Chicken, Turkey, or vegetarian sandwich's, chips, fruit and drink.

 

 

Reception:                                                                               Collaboration Reception is Thursday April 28th at 6:00 pm in ROB Patio/Lobby area

Workshop Dinner:

Friday April 29th at 6:30 pm.

Refund Policy   

There will be no refunds processed after March 25, 2016. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to Helen Butler at helenb@slac.stanford.edu. Note: There is a $25 processing fee for refund requests.
