Registration
The EOC meeting will be held from April 20, 2004 to April 22, 2004 at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, located in Menlo Park, California. Registration is by invitation only. Once you have received your invitation letter, you may follow the link below to register for the workshop. Your invitation letter will contain a registration password, which you are required to enter before you can begin the registration process.

Logistics
Accommodations
The SLAC Guest house is located on the SLAC campus, and is the most convenient place to stay during your visit to SLAC. Rooms are subject to availability so attendees should make their reservations as early as possible. We have also provided a list of local hotels.
Computing facilities
There are a small number of public computing facilities at SLAC for visitors to use during their stay. Follow the link above for information regarding wired/wireless internet access, public computers, etc.
Maps to SLAC
There are three major airports within 35 miles of SLAC: San Jose, Oakland, and San Francisco, with San Jose being the quickest 'drive' to SLAC. Follow the link above to find driving directions and maps from all three airports. There will be limited parking available around the SLAC campus. While no permits are required, be prepared to show your driver's license or passport when entering SLAC via the main security gate.

The EOC meetings will be help in the SCS conference rooms A&B (3rd floor of building 50).

SLAC is located in Menlo Park, California, on the peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area. This puts it in the midst of a large variety of scenic spots, outdoor activity areas, and cultural hotspots.
