Advance online payment for registration and dinner fees is strongly encouraged and will save you time at registration on the first day of the conference. Registration fees for students is $400 and general registration fee is $600. Starting July 9th late student registration fee is $500 and late general registration fee is $700
Payment options are by credit card, only online. We accept MasterCard or Visa only.
SLAC or Stanford affiliates may use the payment transfer form.
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards only. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.
If the name on the credit card is different than the participant’s name, please indicate that in our payment form or email Ryan Auer with the information.
SLAC Employees may use STAP funds or SLAC account to pay for the registration. Check STAP balance in Stanford Axess to confirm funds are available or provide a charge number. Please complete the transfer of payment form and send to the Administrative Assistant in your group. Administrators you can email the form to Ryan Auer at accounting@slac.stanford.edu and cc Helen Butler.
