The program consists of a two day Symposium on December 3-4, 2001, with a no-host Symposium Evening Program and Banquet on the first evening. Seating is limited for the Evening Program and Banquet and advance reservations secured by payment are required for tickets to the Monday evening portion of the event. For entrance to the SLAC site during the Symposium you must bring a picture ID and we request that you pre-register by Friday, November 30, 2001.

The registration fee for the two day Symposium is $50.00 for the daily program, including refreshment breaks. Lunch is not provided. The cost for the Symposium Evening Program and Banquet is $70.00/person. Due to limited seating, reservations are required and payment must be received no later than November 30, 2001, to guarantee your tickets. Reservations are made by submitting the Registration form and completing the form below or sending advance payment. If you are not able to use the on-line payment options below, checks drawn on a US bank should be made payable to Stanford University - Web Symposium.

Payment Options

Advance payment for Symposium registration and the Evening Program and Banquet will save you time during registration and assure you a place at the Banquet. Payment will be accepted on arrival for the Symposium Program. You may pay by check, cash, traveler’s check or credit card at Symposium registration. If paying by personal check, institutional check, traveler’s checks, or money order they must be drawn on a US bank and made payable to Stanford University – Web Symposium.
