All visitors must have a valid photo ID to enter the Laboratory. The SLAC Main Gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To reach the Stanford Guest House, turn left after the guard gate and go to the first building on the left side of the road. Parking is available for registered guests.
SLAC also has an on-site cafeteria. To learn more about the hours and menus, please go to cafeteria's website.
Arriving at SLAC: Turn left at the gate and you should be able to find parking in lots C, D, E, or F (see site map). Please do not park in the Guest House parking lot unless you are staying there. Panofsky Auditoriuim (building 43) and Kavli auditorium (building 51) are also located on the site map.
The average temperatures in the Stanford area in January are 57/39°F with a chance of rain. A jacket and umbrella are suggested.
