The XLDB organizers can assist with planning unaffiliated side meetings that have significant participant overlap and that can be hosted at SLAC or Stanford.
If you would like to organize a side meeting, contact the organizers. The XLDB conference is expected to finish around lunch time on October 7th, so the most convenient time to start a side meeting would in the afternoon on the 7th.
